"Let me get up first. I feel kind of stupid lying here on the floor. How did I end up on the floor."
"I saw you here when I came down for a snack around two am. I couldn't wake you, but your vital signs were okay, I did check your breathing and pulse, so I tried to make you more comfortable." Here, let me help you if you're getting up."
"Thanks. And thank you, Carl." He has hoisted me up in an awkward standing posture. And suddenly I have to pee. Badly. "I'll be right back."
